OVERTURN UFC FIGHTS FOR WEED, BUT BOXING STEROIDS OK!

Shane Mosley Admitted Knowingly Taking Steroids

San Francisco, CA– Word came of of Las Vegas, NV this past week that UFC fighter Nick Diaz has allegedly tested positive for Marijuana. Diaz does have a Medical Marijuana recommendation from a California Dr. for medical issues. If this is true and Diaz failed the drug test, Nevada may suspend or even ban Diaz. Ironically, Medical Marijuana is not only legal in Nick’s native California, but Nevada has legal Medical Marijuana as well. A side note to this is Senator Mark Leno is pushing a bill through the California legislature that will forbid employers from penalizing or terminating Medical Marijuana patients. Look, Leno is not saying you can go to work stoned, but seeing California recognizes it as a medicine, how can you legally penalize somebody for Medical Marijuana which can stay in your system 90 days after use.

UFC Fighter Nick Diaz

WIN TAKEN OFF DIAZ’S RECORD

In May 2007, Diaz beat Japan’s Takanori Gomi in Las Vegas. Afterwards, Nick tested positive for Marijuana and the win was taken away from him and the Nevada State Athletic Commission, under the leadership of Keith Kizer, declared the fight was declared a No Contest. In other words, the fight never took place. Obviously, Marijuana is not a Performance Enhancing Drug, unlike Steroids or EPO.

YOU KNOW WHAT STEROIDS ARE, HOW ABOUT EPO?

“Erythropoietin (pronounced, ah-rith-ro-poy-tin AKA EPO) is a relatively recent entry into the deceitful pursuit of glory. EPO is a protein hormone produced by the kidney. After being released into the blood stream it binds with receptors in the bone marrow, where it stimulates the production of red blood cells (erythrocytes).” I took these words from an MD who is well versed on cheaters in sports.

SHANE MOSLEY’S “DECEITFUL PURSUIT OF GLORY”

Again, using EPO is “the deceitful pursuit of glory.” In can increase the Oxygen in a users blood by up to 40-45%. In other words, you can train 45% harder, recover from a Cardio Vascularly 45% faster, and lastly fight 45% harder. Now this is likely to piss off a lot of Mexicans, but I had a former member of the World Boxing Council Board of Governors tell me that the late Salvador Sanchez who died in a 1982 car accident, “Salvador was the original Blood Doper,” which at that time meant taking blood from Sanchez, freezing it and then transfusing it back into his body.

SHANE MOSLEY ADMITS STEROID USE BEFORE BALCO GRAND JURY

Victor Conte Exposed Mosley!

In 2004, Shane Mosley was the only professional boxer called before a Federal Grand Jury in San Francisco that was investigating Victor Conte’s BALCO Labs. Mosley admitted to the panel what 2000 multiple Olympic Gold Medal winner Marion Jones would not, that he took both the “Cream & the Clear,” two undetectable Steroids for his 2003 win over Oscar De La Hoya. Convicted of Felonies, Conte went to the slam (Club Fed) for a short period of time. Nowadays, Conte is advising a number of athletes on nutritional supplements through his new firm Sports Nutrition for Advanced Conditioning AKA SNAC, products that this writer has used with the full approval of a team of Doctors.

SHANE TAKES LIE DETECTOR TEST AFTER I BLOW WHISTLE!

When my revelations about Mosley became the talk of the boxing world. Heck, even Oscar De La Hoya privately questioned me about my reading the Grand Jury transcripts as he appeared to be thinking of legal action against Mosley. Funny, Oscar never mentioned this after Shane signed with De La Hoya’s Golden Boy Promotions. In the meantime, Mosley’s lawyer Judd Burstein, a sharp attorney who is vertically challenged got Mosley to take a Polygraph (Lie Detector) test. One more thing on Burstein, there is no merit to the rumor that Judd is not tall enough to get on all the rides at Disneyland.

PASSES LIE DETECTOR AFTER DENIALS & GRAND JURY ADMISSIONS

The FBI burst into the office of the Nevada State Athletic Commission not too long after the De La Hoya fight in 2003, and demanded his post fight urine test. According to the Commission, the test was destroyed after Mosley tested negative for Steroids. But remember folks, both the Clear and the Creme Steroids was “undetectable” at that time due to the limited testing process Nevada had in place. Soon after I lit this fire under Shane’s cheating ass, his public denials and his Lie Detector test had people wrongfully questioning my credibility and integrity. The Lie Detector results were enough to satisfy the Nevada Commission and any talk of suspending or banning Mosley ceased.

CONTE & MOSLEY BATTLE IN COURT & THE LIES TO ESPN

With Mosley suing Conte for his swearing under oath that Shane knew he was taking illegal Steroids in the Clear and the Creme, in addition to the aforementioned EPO. Looking for some Damage Control, Mosley aditted to ESPN.com that he used Steroids. He said in 2007 that he did so “Unknowingly.” At the end of this article, you will find two YouTube.com videos from a 2009 deposition in the Mosley vs. Conte case, where Shane admits knowingly taking EPO, in addition to the Clear and the Creme steroids.

GIVE NEVADA COMMISSION BENEFIT OF DOUBT FOR A SECOND!

Seeing Mosley had denied using EPO, the Clear or the Creme to the Nevada Athletic Commission, and used the apparently rigged and erroneous Lie Detector test set up by Snow White’s 8th dwarf Judd Burstein. But when the Commission learned of his sworn testimony that he knowingly used all three substances in preparation for the 2003 fight with De La Hoya, why didn’t they take action against Mosley who admitted knowingly cheating to help him win a championship fight in Nevada? Because to do so they would be admitting they had been duped and their tests were flawed and beaten, thus Kizer and company didn’t do s*it because it would have made the Nevada Athletic Commission look bad. Plus Mosley was (and is) still involved in multi-million dollar bouts that reap Nevada substantial sums of money.

BACK TO NICK DIAZ

This same Nevada Athletic Commission that gave Mosley a pass on Steroids & EPO, took a win off of Diaz’s record and are now reportedly threatening to suspend and or ban him fighting in Nevada for Marijuana, according to sources privy to the positive Marijuana test results from last Diaz’s last fight with Carlos Condit, a fight Diaz lost and the results were controversial. Keith Kizer, why did you not go after Mosley after he lied to the Commission and the media alike? Is it because Shane puts money in Nevada’s coffers?

KIZER ADMITS FIRST DIAZ TEST POSITIVE FOR WEED

On Thursday, February 9, Keith Kizer said the following. “Thank you for the many email and phone calls. I am still waiting for all the steroid and drug test results to come back. We did have at least one positive test. I will send out an email later today on that matter. Hopefully we will know something later today or tomorrow about the positive test and whether or not it belonged to Diaz who has a history of smoking it.”

Keith “Inept” Or “Dumb As A Fox” Kizer

WATCH VIDEOS & CALL OR EMAIL KIZER & SAY “WTF?”

Officials like Kizer are supposed to be insuring that athletic endeavors such as boxing and other combat sports held in Nevada are FAIR. The following is Keith Kizer’s email address and telephone number. Email: [email protected] His phone number is 1-702-486-2575. Ask him why he didn’t wipe Mosley’s win off the record book and punish him for cheating, lying about it, and then admitting to knowingly taken the banned substances in videos I have posted below. Might want to ask Dan Rafael of ESPN.com how come he published Mosley’s lies and then never followed up after the truth was revealed? Is this another example of what a fine journalist Mr. Rafael is?
