The Ring Wars
“You’ve got to be in it to win it”
What are the qualities of a warrior? It was once said that “Courage, above all things, is the first quality of a warrior.” The Ring Wars itself is an event, which will take place in Los Angeles California, seeks to bring out the courageousness that lies in the hearts of you, the public. The Ring Wars is a boxing and MMA competition, which is open to the public to join; with the proceeds of the event going to The Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, Crohns disease foundations and a multitude of other charitable organizations throughout Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. Also, a portion of the proceeds will be used as academic scholarships, providing opportunities for future generations to attend University and accomplish their goals.
Individuals or organizations who decide to join will attend a six week boot camp, where they will receive dynamic and comprehensive training in the art of boxing and mixed martial arts under the guidance of experienced fight trainers and conditioning coaches.
After your six week boot camp, you will face your chosen opponent in three, one minute, thirty second rounds under the supervision of certified boxing/fight officials. Participants will have respectively chosen boxing or MMA and will participate accordingly. Medical staff and doctors will be on site during the training as well as at the event.
As previously mentioned, this event has a limited amount of signups that are open to the public, but we will also be doing signups with organizations that want to compete against one another. Organizations that express interest in participating will be given opportunities at the event to showcase their current health and fitness oriented products and services, which will be on display to the attending audience upon entry. Spectators will be treated to the sights and sounds of an official martial arts competition, while also enjoying the products and services of local sponsoring businesses and organizations in a healthy, fitness oriented light. If you are interested in sponsoring the event and sharing your organization with the community, please make inquiries at [email protected]
Contemporary American society is a society that in many ways is built on rivalry and competition, with countless organizations, business and corporations vying for power, even if it is the slightest edge over their competitors. That having been said, it is also important to celebrate healthy rivalry.
Imagine this, have you ever wondered, in a world filled with visual and auditory advertising, what would happen if, competition between these organizations became a little more, shall we say, physical? How would you like to see a boxing or MMA match between Burger King and Mcdonald’s employees? Perhaps you are trying to decide what bank to associate with, while on that note, how would you like to see Wells Fargo step into the ring with Chase? The Ring Wars events themselves will feature a variety of matchups between competing organizations including Honda vs. Nissan, Mercedes vs. BMW, Cadillac vs. Ford and L.A.P.D vs. other Police Departments. While you’re at it, have you ever wanted to settle a score with any of these organizations, well then, The Ring Wars is the event for you; your bravery, tenacity and effort, whether simply attending the event or competing will provide opportunity to those in need. Even if you have no previous boxing or martial arts experience, but perhaps you have wanted to compete or try boxing, then The Ring Wars is here for you; you will be appropriately trained and evenly matched based on your skill sets.
In conjunction with The Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, Crohn’s disease foundations, and a multitude of other charitable organizations and our event sponsors including McDonald’s and Mercedes of Los Angeles. The Ring Wars organization would like to cordially invite you to join the competition and/or attend the events.
