West Sacramento, CA– Richard Navoa, an Inspector with the California State Athletic Commission, died Thursday from complications brought on by a Liver transplant he received a number of years ago. A proud father, grandfather, who along with his wife Joyce, were simply good people! When funeral plans are finalized, we will do a follow up.
