San Francisco, CA– There appears to be a detachment from reality when it comes to Manny Pacquiao fighting Antonio Margarito. I will first address the wonderful people of the Philippines. Look below at the picture of Billy Collins. This is what Margarito was going to try and do to Shane Mosley. What if Margarito had been fighting the great Flash Elorde, hell Manny Pacquiao for that matter, would reasonable Pinoys/Pinays still think he should be allowed to box again?

Manny Pacquiao is the best fighter in boxing today. Having beaten everybody convincingly, with the exception of Juan Manuel Marquez, Manny Pacquiao is a boxing God that doesn’t need his name associated with the currently defrocked Antonio Margarito. Natives and Phil-Am’s alike, you need to show some balls as well and instead of accepting anything Manny does, let him know the Margarito fight is wrong!
FILIPINO FANS STRONG ENOUGH TO MAKE ARUM DO RIGHT THING
Manny doesn’t seem to have the cojones to step up here and tell Massa’ Bob Arum that what Margarito did was morally reprehensible, and he won’t fight him because he is now a Philippine Congressman and a man of elevated principles. Look again at the picture of Billy Collins here. The victim of loaded gloves back in 1983, what if Margarito had done this to the great Julio Cesar Chavez, or maybe Carlos Zarate? Can’t you see the hypocrisy Bob Arum is forcing down the throat of the Mexican people? The Mexcian fight fans, they too are powerful enough to have impact on the admitted Felon with offices on Howard Hughes Parkway in Las Vegas, Massa’ Bob Arum.

HARD TO UNDERSTAND SULAIMAN A LOT OF TIMES
WBC Prez Jose Sulaiman is working hand and hand with Arum to make Margarito-Pacquiao happen. Of everything that has transpired, gone back and forth, this bothers me the most as I hold Senor Sulaiman in higher regards than most people I know. I watched him feed hungry old fighters, buy groceries for those in need, hell, he sent me to Nicaragua for what Tim Smith of the NY Daily News said, “saved Alexis‘ (Arguello) life” from drugs in 1999.

And while I have a better chance of being run over by pink elephants, I think that Sulaiman should put the money aside and focus on what is best for boxing. Outside of Margarito and Arum making millions, there is the question of right and wrong. That being said, a lot of people are wrong here, but will the voices of honest Filipinos and Mexicans be drowned out by the man who said, “I was lying yesterday, but today I’m telling the truth,” Bob Arum. Or have the guts to speak up for what is right and what is wrong!
