While Malignaggi maybe faster than 99% of the welterweight division, the 1% he cannot out speed Broner.

With the fighting at home Paulie having but 7 KOs on a 32-4 resume, and Broner being 26-0 with 22 early endings, power edge goes to Cincinnati.
BOXING ABILITY
Again, Paulie is a better boxer than most, but comes in second to the 23-year old Broner.
