Top Rank’s AZ Frontman Peter McKinn
San Francisco, CA– If I were Robert Arum and Mary Rose Wilcox, the first being an admitted felon and Top Rank promoter, the other an accused felon, what happened in a Phoenix, AZ courtroom this morning might be enough to make the felonious pair think about ingesting rat poison! You see, the Peter McKinn plea bargain deal that was set up behind the backs of victims Joe Diaz and “Yory Boy” Campas, was thrown out when Edward Moriarity, counsel for Diaz and Campas, filed a Motion stamping out the agreement that kept both Wilcox, a former boxing commissioner and current Maricopa County Supervisor and Arum’s name/company out of court.
IT’S A TRIAL OR THE 320 LB. MCKINN ROLLS OVER!
Having been threatened by the defendant, ex-Top Rank front man Peter McKinn just a fortnight ago, he, Wilcox, her husband Earl Wilcox, an aide to then Governor Napolitano, John Montano, former head of the Arizona Boxing Commission, along with employees and officers of Top Rank, did in fact conspire to cover up a bounced $5K check from McKinn to Campas in 2004 and ruin Diaz and Campas in the process.
MCKINN ADMITS TO SCREWING JOE & YORY
McKinn, somewhere around 200 lbs. a year or so, now well over 300, admitted today that he did: Forge Joe Diaz’s name on a receipt; forced flunky turned Government witness Gabe Esqueda to sign a phony affidavit, that he never had the money, ever in the account (that was something I learned when I went to the bank in Phoenix with the check).
WHAT PETER DID & DID NOT SAY!
When he was being secretly recorded, McKinn tells Esqueda, “They aren’t after you or me, they want Earl and Mary. Just stick to the story and nobody will ever know.” McKinn did not implicate anyone else, the Wilcox’s, Montano, not even Top Rank’s Bruce Trampler in this criminal act, something he might change his mind about seeing the judge told him there is a potential 1 1/2 year prison stint on each of the felonies.
MCKINN STOPPED BY ARIZONA LAW
This morning, McKinn thought he was getting probation on the Campas-Diaz screw job. But the victims refused to agree to any sentence sans prison time unless McKinn rolls over on the Wilcox’s, Montano, and Top Rank.
PETER NEED WATCH HIS BACK!
With this case having ties to the White House and Homeland Security Director Janet Napolitano, the Wilcox’s, Top Rank, I don’t know if Peter McKinn realizes how convenient his death would be, if he were to be eliminated, to those higher up on the food chain. McKinn is due back in court in January. Hey Peter, enjoy the holidays, they could either be your last ones on the streets, or your last holidays period!
