San Francisco, CA– After seeing Top Rank’s matchmaker Bruce Trampler age 20 years during the four turns of the Roman calendar that the FBI was performing a Colonoscopy on him, this until Massa’ Bob Arum, himself a former US Attorney, maneuvered his company out of what the FBI told me were “Sealed indictments” over Operation Matchbox, an FBI sting operation that featured audio tapes of Top Rank executives and underlings first arranging and then watching “fixed fights,” I can bet Trampler won’t sleep tonight unless he is heavily sedated. The reason being, his Arizona front man/flunky Peter McKinn is going to be incarcerated (unless he runs) in Phoenix on Friday morning.
SUICIDE AN OPTION FOR BOTH MCKINN & TRAMPLER
Not a tough guy by any means, Phoenix promoter Peter McKinn will be sentenced tomorrow morning for orchestrating and choreographing a conspiracy that he hoped would ruin Phoenix trainer Joe Diaz, boxer Ramon “Yory Boy” Campas and myself. With help from Maricopa County Supervisor and ex-Arizona Boxing Commission chairperson Mary Rose Wilcox and John Montano, the head of the Boxing Commission, the three with the aid of then aide to Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano, Earl Wilcox, the husband of Mary Rose, conspired to ruin me, Diaz and Campos. Tomorrow morning I will testify at McKinn’s sentencing hearing in Phoenix that will end with McKinn, the Arizona Top Rank frontman because I exposed Top Rank CEO Bob Arum for his being an admitted Felon, going to prison!

Having been detained by Phoenix Police for Strongarm Robbery, this because McKinn phoned in a phony Police complaint as I walked a picket line in front of the Arizona Capitol, which served as Montano’s office in a $400 suit and tie, I am set to testify on that and other matters in which the cowardly McKinn violated the law and threatened my life. That being said, Arum and Trampler will be utilizing the aforementioned sedatives as well as a prescription form of Preparation H tonight if and when they go to bed, for McKinn, a low level bitch of a man has enough to put at least Trampler, a Top Rank VP in jail alongside him.
ME AND JOE DIAZ REFUSED TO BACK DOWN!
Even though it cost me, Diaz and Campas untold thousands of dollars, myself and the 71-year old Phoenix based gym owner and trainer Diaz, we refused to succumb to the powerful political pressure put forth by Top Rank, McKinn and both Mary Rose and Earl Wilcox. At one point, they tried to buy Diaz out for $20,000, this when he was hundreds of thousands in debt. But Joe would not be bought off, this even though Top Rank had successfully ruined us all financially.
MCKINN’S ATTEMPT FOR DELAY REBUFFED BY JUDGE

After McKinn on Monday, through his attorney, attempted to postpone Friday’s sentencing hearing, judge Arthur Anderson refused the motion that McKinn could not be sentenced to jail because his father reportedly had a heart attack and will put the no good SOB where he belongs behind bars in an Arizona prison for his admitting to three Felony charges that stemmed from his bouncing a $5K check to Campas and then going about ruining me, Diaz and Campas. Oh yes fight fans, the chickens have finally come home to roost!
CIVIL ACTION ALREADY PREPARED
Edward Moriarity, an attorney representing Diaz, Campas, and probably later myself, the ex-partner of TV lawyer Jerry Spence, is set to file suit against Top Drank as well as their employees, both jointly and individually. Moriarity took up the cause for us when nobody else dared to touch this case involving the ever-so powerful Arum, one of Nevada’s wealthiest men, John Montano and the Wilcox’s.

When I realized that Diaz and Campas were refused help from any other media entity, and after settling a prior suit against Arum, this after kicking the s*it out of his prized attorney while representing myself in a Las Vegas courtroom, I knew it was time for me to step up for what’s right, this even though there wasn’t another single media outlet willing to take on Arum and company. That being said, who’s laughing now Massa’ Bob? See you in court baby, but this time I won’t kick your ass alone as I now have competent counsel looking to decapitate you and your legion of goons. In closing, as I prepare for my testimony Friday, I wear nothing but a smile from ear to ear!
