TOUGH TASK TO WRITE ABOUT “DRAGON LADY”
San Francisco, CA– With the memory of Cambria, CA, the beautiful California coastal town where legendary boxing promoter Lorraine Chargin lived until her recent passing still visually etched in my mind from her services, I have had a writing block of sorts when it comes to penning her “Wall of Fame” enshrinement. Call it a delayed stress response to her death, I’m not sure, but t’ll just take a while longer to put together the Dragon Lady’s induction. Within a few weeks, Mrs. Don Chargin will be the first female enshrined on our “Wall of Fame.”
