San Francisco, CA– Having grown up in a “Union” family, I watched my father negotiate contracts as the Shop Foreman between the company and Local 4 of the Painter’s Union. This assault, and I must say it has been successful to a great extent, against Unions by both the Government and Corporate America, is the reason why wages have gone down statistically while the prices and costs of everything else rises.
NON UNION LABOR MAKES FOR 40-HOUR SLAVES
Look at the Health Care dilemma. It was organized labor that brought about “Health & Retirement” benefits to the American workforce. Now that non-Union workers are the norm and not the exception, jobs and wages are determined by the plantation owners, not us peons!
