San Francisco, CA– A most vile man is attempting to get a boxer’s license in California. He is uncharged Felon Antonio Margarito, who by California’s Penal Code should have been charged with 245 A PC, a Felony when he was caught with a plaster of Paris block in his hand already wrapped for battle with Shane Mosley in January 2009.
RESTO WASN’T CAUGHT UNTIL AFTER WRECKING BILLY!
The damage done to boxer Billy Collins in the photograph above, this was done by removing 25% of the padding from Luis Resto’s gloves. Margarito was looking to hurt Mosley by hitting him with hands lined with plaster of Paris-like blocks. Margarito was never charged criminally. Instead his boxing license was taken away by the California State Athletic Commission, whose authority is recognized in all 50 states.
Last week, he went before the Nevada Commission, trying to circumvent the powers of the CSAC. Talk about chutzpah! Sign below in the comments section.
