ROCK & ROLL HALL OF FAMER DARLENE LOVE ON DAVID LETTERMAN
San Francisco, CA– There is only one Darlene Love, star of the “20 Feet From Stardom” flick that goes DVD next month. This is like her 18th appearance singing a different version of a song (written by Phil Spector) on the David Letterman show. Personal note on Darlene, I never ask people to take pictures with me, so I got a picture with her on one of two appearances ever in San Francisco, this in 2010 at the Hotel Nikko and I gave the borrowed camera back and the film ended up getting lost. Thanks to Bruce Springstein and Paul Schaefer for helping get Darlene into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame class of 2012. In closing, she looks and sounds great for any age, let alone 72.
