Colonel Bob Sheridan

NEAR TWO MONTH HOSPITAL STAY

San Francisco, CA– The man that has televised more fights live than anybody in history, Colonel Bob Sheridan has been in and out (more in) of a Las Vegas hospital over the past two months. This is said to be from difficulty with a Pacemaker the Colonel had installed in late 2010. Having had four heart attacks, Bob Sheridan, who televised 900 world title fights (three or four with me) broke into the field when he televised the “Rumble in The Jungle,” Muhammad Ali’s upset of George Foreman from Zaire, Africa in 1974. His last fight was said to be in August 2010. We hope that the Colonel, a World Boxing Hall of Fame member that can make a dull fight sound exciting with his quips and high-energy broadcast mode, can get the health issue solved and be back behind the microphone soon.
