(Showtime) Andre Ward (22-0, 13 KOs) vs. Sakio Bika (28-4-2, 19 KOs) (World & WBA 168 lb. title) Odds/Prediction: Ward 14-5. AW will need to bring his lunch as rock hard Biko can fight and is coming to win. Like Ward here enough to lay $2,800 to win $1000.
MGM Grand, Las Vegas, NV
(HBO) Juan Manuel Marquez (51-5-1, 37 KOs) vs. Michael Katsidis (27-2, 20 KOs) (World, WBO & WBA 135 lb. titles) Odds/Prediction: JMM 14-5. Katsidis not being taken seriously. Marquez is old and can go at anytime. MK on a roll of late, but he will need to “beat JMM up” to win, something guys with more talent
could not do convincingly.
Andre Berto (26-0, 20 KOs) vs. Freddy Hernandez (29-1, 20 KOs) (WBC 147 lb. title) Odds/Prediction: Berto 3-1. Odds might be a little short here, but Andre induces sleep here. Still, he looks a level better than Mexican foe.
Celestino Caballero (34-2, 23 KOs) vs. Jason Litzau (27-2, 21 KOs) Odds/Prediction: CC 14-5. Lanky Panamanian hasn’t lost since 2004. Last shot at big time for Jason doesn’t look fruitful.

(Showtime) Arthur Abraham (31-1, 25 KOs) vs. Carl Froch (26-1, 20 KOs) (WBC 168 lb title) Odds/Prediction: 6-5 pick ‘em. Both guys lost last time out. Want to lean towards Froch, but this fight is so close I wouldn’t bet it with your money.
