San Francisco, CA– Often when I speak with Don Chargin, the boxing promoter with 60 years of experience, he will ask how Phoenix trainer Joe Diaz is doing? This was before Diaz, 70, was felled by a massive heart attack a fortnight ago that has him recovering in St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. Seeing I was going to call the “Boy Promoter” Chargin this AM, this after getting the latest world from Diaz’s MD’s and sister Rosie Diaz, I’ll lay it out here.
JOE HAD PHYSICAL THERAPY YESTERDAY
According to his younger sister Rosie Diaz, Joe was as cantankerous as ever Wednesday afternoon as he is dramatically improving form surgery that replaced one entirely blocked artery to his heart. “He told me he wants to get the **** out of here. He’s slowly coming back, but Joe wants an instant recovery so he can get back to his legal fights” against Top Rank and the State of Arizona.
DIAZ’S LAWYER WILL BE IN ARIZONA NEXT WEEK
Legal eagle Edward Moriarity, counsel for Diaz, the boxer Top Rank ****** over “Yory Boy” Campas and others associated with the case, he is poised to pounce on the would be defendants any day now. In addition to Rosie, Joe’s 92-year old mother is in Phoenix and at Joe’s bedside daily. The day that he and Moriarity start adding names to the defendant’s list is sooner than you creeps that ruined him to the point where he had to leave training boxers and return to being a full time plumber in the Arizona heat, that days is becoming sooner rather than later!
A MEDIA WHORE IS STILL A WHORE!
Seeing Fight News didn’t mention the Felony convictions that resulted from Top Rank promoter Peter McKinn ******* over Joe Diaz, “Yory Boy” Campas and others, I recently called Fight News chief Karl Freitag a paid for media whore! Seeing he still hasn’t written a sentence on McKinn’s admitting to three Felonies against the sport of boxing, I guess a duck is a duck, and Karl is still being silent and coveting Top Rank, I guess he’s still a whore!
