MCKINN GOING TO SLAMMER AS JOE DIAZ & PEDRO ARE VINDICATED
Bob Arum’s Problems Have Just Begun!
San Francisco, CA– Even though his days as a promoter are over, the five month jail sentence of Peter McKinn, Top Rank’s frontman in Arizona, this because Top Drank CEO Bob Arum is an admitted, albeit an uncharged Felon, will probably continue to work in boxing after jail, that in itself is another indication of why “boxing is the cesspool of sports.”

While his promotional license is history, at least for six years, this as a condition of his Probation stint and his copping to three Felonies, McKinn is still chummy with Bruce Trampler, Top Drank’s #1 matchmaker, thus I expect his relationship to continue, at least until the next phase of this ordeal that has ensnared trainer Joe Diaz, boxer “Yory Boy” Campas, and to a lesser extent, this writer for seven years.

To say this whole thing has burned me out, this after a seven year battle with McKinn and Top Drank, would be the understatement of 2011. But in the end, my side, the good guys, we won the first round in a battle that will soon turn to Civil court where Maricopa County Supervisor Mary Rose Wilcox, her husband Earl Wilcox, McKinn, Arum, Trampler and ex-Commission head John Montano, where they cannot hide anymore as they will be deposed that will surely be in stark contrast to what each of these creeps have stated thus far.
MCKINN GAVE UP MONTANO, WILCOX, AKA STATE OF ARIZONA
McKinn’s statements in court this morning in Phoenix, laid the blame on Montano and Mary Rose Wilcox, whom Diaz and Campas have filed a $43 million dollar claim which was not rebuffed by the state in the 60 day time frame in which they had to do so. Speaking in an open courtroom, McKinn said that if, “If the boxing commission had told me to pay Joe Diaz ($5,000), I would have.” Was that before or after McKinn forged a receipt and produced a bogus affidavit stating that he had paid Diaz in full? Yeah, and Oswald killed JFK all alone too!

It’s been a long day, thus all I will say is that the aforementioned Bob Arum, because of his big mouth, and I will say no more, that Massa’ Bob will eventually be brought to his billion dollar knees and settle up with “Yory Boy,” Diaz, and the other people hurt in this criminal charade of seven plus years. Mark my words!

Having been all alone here as there wasn’t another news entity that would even dare to even attempt to squeeze Arum’s balls with a pair of pliers like I have. And hey, if Bob wasn’t an admitted Felon, this website would have been shutdown the first time I put the pliers to the former US Attorney. In closing, we have won the first bout and now have the momentum that will end this atrocity in the aforementioned manner I have previously described!
