TOP RANK AGENT AVOIDS BEING UNDER OATH
Phoenix, AZ-Promoter Peter Mc Kinn was subpoenaed last month for a Deposition, stemming from the bouncing of a $5,000 check to Ramon Yory Boy Campas in May 2005. After already postponing the videotaped grilling, stating that he would be out of town, the matter was rescheduled for yesterday morning in the law offices of Claudio Iannitelli. At the designated time an attorney, who had been representing Mc Kinn, appeared and said Mc Kinn had fired him in the middle of the night. In other words, the nefarious promoter would not be honoring the Superior Court subpoena.

A development that I have been privy to, but in the sake of justice, I was not able to report to you, is the smoking gun, that should put Mc Kinn, the Top Rank front man in Arizona, and Commission head John Montano, behind the eight ball. Of course, Montano, like Mc Kinn, is a pusillanimous stooge that suspended Campas, because he picketed his office at the Arizona Capitol. This caused Campas to lose a $20,000 mid December payday in New York.

With his being terminated via voicemail, the barrister for Mc Kinn showed at the appropriate time, out of fear that he might face court sanctions. Mc Kinn, is now responsible for all the costs incurred. The stenographer, video man, Diaz lawyer, the clerk, as well his lawyer, and the office time. Off the top of my head, Im estimating Mc Kinn having to pay at least $2,500, if not upwards of $4,000, should a judge decide to apply additional punitive punishments.

Ive already told you, that Mc Kinn, used what is alleged to be, a forged receipt signed by Joe Diaz, to have a warrant for his arrest quashed. Asked by Campas lawyer to produce the documents, because if they were genuine, the case against Mc Kinn would have no merit! Contrary to the request, Mc Kinn, has refused to turn over the documents. And in the midst of all of this, Peter Mc Kinn offered $3,000, $5,000, $7,000, and finally $10,000. All this to settle a $5,000 check, that Mc Kinn says he has a receipt for!
JOHN MONTANO HAS TO GO AS WELL!
Look, a team of forensic scientists are stating they feel beyond any doubt, that Joe Diaz name was forged on Arizona Boxing Commission documents. This should prod John Montano, to resign, or be terminated. For John Montano is fully aware, if not the ringleader of the shenanigans that go on in Arizona. All I can say is, time is running out on boxing crooks operating in, and out of Phoenix, AZ.
