Kryptonite Couldn’t Stop Him!
NOT EXACTLY THE CLARK KENT TYPE
San Francisco, CA– One can go throughout life and never meet a man like Joe Diaz. Without hesitation the 70-year Phoenix, AZ based trainer is one of the most determined and resilient men that I have ever met. With the intestinal fortitude of an elephant, Diaz not only looks as if he is going to not only have his day in court, but in doing so will rattle the chains of government from Phoenix, AZ to Washington DC and beyond.
PEOPLE IN POWER CONSPIRED WITH FELONS
If I can keep this as brief as I can. 1. “Yory Boy” Campas was screwed out of $5,000 when Arizona promoter Peter McKinn bounced a check. 2. Diaz finally got some attention and the Arizona Boxing Commission head, Mary Rose Wilcox, a Maricopa County Supervisor, got a receipt said to be signed by Diaz for the money. Diaz claimed it wasn’t his signature and two handwriting experts, one independent, the other with the Phoenix Police, they both agreed that Diaz’s name was forged on a receipt McKinn had given to Ms. Wilcox. 3. Criminal charges were brought against McKinn late last year and he was charged with four Felonies relating to his forging the receipt.
ADMITS ON TAPE TO INFORMANT FRIEND
McKinn, currently out on bail, admits in a wiretap that he conspired to ruin Diaz, who had his license to train boxers taken away in 2005 in his home state of Arizona because Norma Rivero, then secretary to Arizona boxing chief John Montano, both of whom have subsequently resigned, she signed an affidavit saying Diaz received the money.
WALL OF SHAME FEM FRONT & CENTER
McKinn is heard on the tape saying that the real targets are Mary Rose Wilcox and husband Earl. Wilcox, the first female member on our Wall of Shame, is currently under indictment in Phoenix on dozens of Felonies, none so far related to her work on the Boxing Commission.
EARL ID’D SELF AS GOVERNOR JANET’S BOY
But talk about nerve, the aforementioned Earl Wilcox, then an employee of Governor Janet Napolitano, who now heads USHomeland Security, he walked Peter McKinn into a judges chamber (office) and asked that he quash a warrant that authorities had issued for McKinn’s arrest for the fraudulent check to Campas.
STATE OF ARIZONA OWES JOE MILLIONS!
Diaz has been fire bombed, had bullet holes in his car, still doesn’t have his license back, and yet when I talked with him recently he refused to confirm or deny a “Top Secret” behind closed doors meeting this week with the Boxing Commission and the Attorney General. Because of Montano, who ran boxing and MMA for the state, and Wilcox, Diaz was “red flagged” all across the country and is still not licensed in Arizona, this five years later.
FORCED TO FIGHT FOR BEANS & RICE ALMOST!
That being the case, Diaz and Campas, who also had his license lifted for an extended period of time by these government crooks, they had to take the show to Mexico, where the pay was shall we say, not comparable. The honorable Larry Hazzard Sr., then running New Jersey, scoffed at the revocation of Diaz’s license and issued him one.
FIRST VICTORY FOR GOOD OVER EVIL?
In closing, I can smell victory for Diaz as the state will have no choice but to cash out the longtime advocate of organized labor unions, and probably Campas as well. That should be the first of many shoes to drop, I just hope Diaz doesn’t sell himself short. As I’ve said more than once, no average man could’ve fought this fight this long and won. But then again, this is no average Joe!
