LAWYER IN “MELT DOWN” OVER SHANE MOSLEY’S ADMISSIONS

San Francisco, CA– Without going into the details of how I had learned what Shane Mosley had testified to before the BALCO Labs grand jury, when I wrote about this in 2004, that Shane had admitted taking performance enhancing drugs in the run up to the second Oscar De La Hoya fight, Mosley’s attorney, Judd Burstien, he threatened to “sue me, make my life hell, yada, yada, etc.” As it turns out, the threats he levied against me pale in comparison to what Burstein said about New York Daily News reporter Nate Vinton. “Nate, there will come a day when I have an opportunity to do serious harm to your career. You may not know at the time that it was me, but when you end up with your job lost and reputation destroyed, I (will) call to tell you it was me.”

JUDD’S OWN VIDEO WORKS AGAINST MOSLEY

The New York Daily News, once the employer of heralded writer Michael Katz, they ran a pair of stories on Mosley’s drug admissions on videotape. Below you will find two NYDN links that I think the average boxing fan will find fascinating.
