I mean he was caught red handed after his trainer Javier Capetillo had concealed a plaster of Paris-like pad he had slid between Margarito’s hand wraps. There was another pad present that was intended for his still unwrapped hand.

Now Kevin Iole, a Las Vegas newspaper writer scribbling for Yahoo! Sports has written a piece stating that Margarito and Javier Capetillo have been penalized enough, that a one year suspension was a fair penalty for committing a Felony as described by the California Penal Code’s section 245 A.
