I’m told there is some audio available of things going on in Arizona. Having been down this road before tells me the US Justice Dept. is tapping phones and “bugging” the office of Arizona Boxing Director Matt Valenzuela. When pushing a previously used Government source from a decade ago, the implication I got was that the Fed’s have been listening to Montano, McKinn, Valenzuela, et al, for an extended period of time.
FEDS WANTED RICO TRIALS BEFORE IN ARIZONA
Although the source bounced around nervously, he said that if I pen this, “You’ll be possibly screwing up a RICO Act probe.” That being said, I helped send convicted Phoenix promoter Peter McKinn to prison for “Crimes vs. Boxing” and I don’t have any confidence in the Phoenix FBI, as it was the Phoenix PD that were “prodded” to move against McKinn.

One of the main targets of the Justice Dept. was always ex-Commission chairman Mary Rose Wilcox, her husband Earl, then an aide to Governor Janet Napolitano, and the late Charles Keating, who scammed Arizona Savings & Loan customers out of zillions with the help of John McCain (R-AZ) and and three other U.S. Senators.

These three men were part of Bob Arum’s inner sanctum. So I find it especially suspicious, queer, strange, call it what you want, but Bob Arum’s “Top Shelf Guys” working for Al Haymon has (in my opinion) all the earmarks of a complex scam to muddy the waters in an attempt to put Premier Boxing Champions out of business. All the while I was under the “impression” Al Haymon was a genius! Well, I guess even a genius can get conned!
