TOP RANK “FIGHT FIXING” FIGURE IN FIXED SATURDAY FIGHT

San Francisco, CA– While working with agents of and representatives of the Federal Bureau of Investigation on “Fixed Fights Emanating From The Top Rank Offices,” my probe took me to Mexico and a WBC title fight involving reputed Mexican drug kingpin turned politico Jorge Kahwagi and American Dwayne Swift.

Possessing hours of undercover tapes recorded by Justice Dept. and FBI Agents, plots and schemes to “steal” money from fighters were some of the topics bantered about by Top Rank corporate officers. This cast included two Top Rank Vice President’s in Bruce Trampler and Sean Gibbons.
TAPES OF TOP RANK “CORPORATE CORRUPTION”
On the tape, a number of Top Rank employees and executives are essentially eating popcorn at Top Rank as they played fixed fights back on videotape, all the while these Top Rank guys offer commentary on “fight fixing.” In one instance, Trampler, Gibbons, et al, elaborate about having a plastic surgeon cut the eye of Kahwagi’s opponent Duane Swift prior to their 2004 fight in order to make this reputed drug baron look like Superman.
KAHWAGI BACK 10 YEARS AFTER PEDRO “RETIRED” HIM!
On Saturday, Kahwagi who has served in the Mexican Congress, returned to the ring in Cebu City, Philippines. The foil was fellow Mexican import Ramon Olivas (13-4, 9 KOS), who succumbed to Kahwagi in a mere :57 seconds. By the way, Kahwagi spent five figures (US) of late on male breast implants (see pecs).
PROMOTER FERNANDO BELTRAN EXPORTED FIXED FIGHT
People in Mexico who know a little about Kahwagi realize he “couldn’t lick a stamp if you wet his tongue .” With the FBI probe, some Mexican journalists reaching out to me on Kahwagi back then, there is no way Kahwagi, even with all his money and power could have pulled off a “tanked” fight like you are about to see AGAIN in Mexico.
BOXING CROOK MAKES “GREAT” COMEBACK
After being jettisoned from the Top Rank plantation, Sean Gibbons, up to his ears in fixed fights, Cocaine deals and corruption in general, after having had his taped plans to fix fights and steal additional monies made public by yours truly, Arum fired him and Sean ended up working for a California Indian tribe.
OKLAHOMA REPORT LABELED GIBBONS “TOP BOXING CROOK”
This was after I went public with Gibbon’s crimes against boxing, which were detailed in a report by the Oklahoma Attorney General’s office on boxing corruption. To show you how Bob Arum is as dirty as a porta’ potty here, after all the documentation of Gibbons fixing fights, medical exams, drugs, etc., Bob Arum hired him back with a raise and promotion!
WHY TOP RANK DIDN’T GET POPPED FOR RICO ACT VIOLATIONS?
There were two FBI Agents out of New York that were working on the “fringe” of the Operation Matchbox investigation that were part of a Big Apple Mafia family that took part in murders for hire. With these two guys involved and Bob Arum being a former US Attorney, US Attorney General John Ashcroft quietly quashed the 19 sealed US Federal Grand Jury indictments of Top Rank employees, corporate officers and others.
FIGHT LOOKED “FIXED” TO STEVIE WONDER
Tijuana promoter Fernando Beltran paid the Philippine promoter to put this fight (sic) on, meaning Beltran paid for both Kahwagi and Olivas to fly to Cebu City, their purses, everything. Beltran was involved in written Tax Fraud plots between Top Rank VP Todd du Beof that talked of paying one Mexican fighter under the table sans any U.S. taxes.
THINK I COULD PRINT THIS IF IT WASN’T TRUE?
If what I have written over the years were even slightly off, Bob Arum, admitted Felon that he is, Bob would probably call up the same law firm that I kicked the sh*t out of REPRESENTING myself when I sued Arum in a Las Vegas court and there would be “Cease & Desist” court orders flying at me faster than one TR VP used to snort Colombian Dust.

The FBI thought I was “headed for a Pulitzer for breaking open the Top Rank bank of crimes that included Bribery, Tax Evasion, Money Laundering, Fight Fixing, Phony Medical tests of both blood/vision and much more. All of this was supported by US Government documents, wiretaps, etc. , yet when Top Rank had the power to yank my Credentials for reporting this, the honorable Boxing Writers of America never called, raised a finger, nor did any of them write on the subject EVEN after the FBI documented the Top Rank corruption.

Damn the torpedoes of the Arum-led Boxing Establishment, the truth means my hull cannot be penetrated. Speaking of hulls/balls, where were and ARE the other top writers on these crimes? I’d call ESPN’s Dan Rafael, but seeing he slept on two of Arum’s office couches “side by side” instead of paying for a hotel on a number of occasions, the little guy would be of no help.
