AL HAYMON IN CROSSHAIRS OF “ESTABLISHMENT”

San Francisco, CA– It was announced today, as parts of Baltimore still smolder and the new US Attorney General Loretta Lynch doesn’t have enough on her plate, the Dept. of Justice has been asked by Assn. of Boxing Commissions President Tim Lueckenhoff to look into boxing’s premier powerbroker Al Haymon.
A.B.C. ADMITS AGENCY IMPOTENTCY?
Quoting from the letter, Lueckenhoff states, “The ABC has no resources or authority to investigate further or to take action with respect to this. However, we can and do request that there is “reasonable cause to believe” that PBC/Heymon “engaged in a violation of this chapter” [15 U.S.C. 6301 et. seq.] and that 15 U.S.C. 6309 gives express authority to the United States Attorney General’s Office to investigate and to take action. We ask that you do so.”
ABC SAYS HAYMON “FLAUNTING ALI ACT”
Leuckenhoff continues, “Haymon and related companies make no attempt to hide that they operate in the dual capacities of promoter and manager. It was the Vice President of Operations “Haymon Boxing” which sat on the dais and participated in the announcement of the PBC series on NBC. No other promoter was present. Frankly Haymon seems to be flouting this breach of the Firewall provision of the Muhammad Ali Act.”
OK TIM, WHAT ABOUT BEFORE HAYMON?

or a boxing case to the Justice Dept. in seven terms as A.B.C. President, that is a story in itself! And now Tim wants to USE the “G” to look up Al Haymon’s skirt.
SOMEBODY PULLING TIM’S STRINGS?
I’m not saying Al might not merit a look, but the fact that Tim never asked the Justice Dept. to look into anything in boxing before this in seven terms as A.B.C. Prez is either mind boggling or it isn’t, as that depends on whether you are with the Establishment or not.
ARUM RECALLS “SNITCHING” BACKFIRED LAST TIME!
Promoter Bob Arum once sent the Justice Dept. after Don King by way of then IBF Prez Bob Lee. The elder Lee refused to give up DK and Arum under oath admitted in writing to Conspiracy, Tax Fraud, Money Laundering and other acts leading up to the Bribery of Lee.
BRIBING BOB LEE MADE ARUM MILLIONS
It was Arum who gained so much from his $125,000 bribe with a live Las Vegas sell out with George Foreman-Axel Schultz. Bob Lee, well he got 2+ years. Classic example of Lee the Whore going to jail, while the Trick Arum walked.
FBI AGENT IN CHARGE SAID IT BEST
“They (Top Rank) know the truth. There would be injunctions and the like if you were not being truthful,” said a J. Edgar Hoover disciple. In other words, IF this wasn’t true, do you think I could say and write this?

Felonious Bob Arum said of Al Haymon. “He’s a guy who was up to no good.” Boxers like Peter Quillin say, “fighters are mistreated, misused, and abused all the time. That’s why people thank Al Haymon so much,” he says, “because he’s able to know what we’re worth as fighters.”

A 59-year old Harvard alumnist, Haymon lets Sam Watson be the “face” of Premier Boxing Champions. With a $400 million war chest of investor money, Haymon is paying fighters more than they would have gotten elsewhere.
END OF THE DAY IT’S JUST BUSINESS
Still, Al has to turn that seed money, some of it British, into gold sooner rather than later for the investors that feel he has a winning plan. Will the Establishment allow him to go forward? Better yet, can they formulate a way stop Haymon? And is this the first step in that desired direction?
