Having followed the murder trial of ex-New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez, I can tell you the only hope the 25 year old has is that his attorneys can get one person to hang the jury. Of course, there would be a second trial, but Hernandez would have pushed the eventual conviction date down the road like a can or be put in a position where the Prosecutor might offer him a plea bargain. It appears Hernandez killed Odin Lloyd because he felt, get this, disrespected by the victim who was the boyfriend of Hernandez’s fiances sister.
FINGERPRINTS OF VICTIM & HERNANDEZ ON CAR & WEED!
A marijuana cigarette or mini cigar (a Blunt) was found at the scene of the murder with Hernandez’s DNA as well as that of the victim Odin Lloyd. The odds of the DNA not being Hernandez’s on the joint is 1,000,000,000,000,000 to 1. That is a quadrillion to one. Although the Defense is yet to put forth a case, the game will be like 56-0 and late the 4th quarter by then and any rally they mount can never overcome a Conviction.
