As for Keith Kizer, some question his boxing acumen while I think overall he’s done a pretty good job. The only real knock I can give KK was his backing judge CJ Ross‘ after her atrocious 6-6 card after the Floyd Mayweather shutout of Canelo Alvarez. The passing on the KK watch of Testosterone Replacement Therapy, which just weeks ago was dumped by the Nevada Commission, was a mistake.
KIZER NOT AGAINST RANDOM DRUG TESTING
His stepping up and putting random testing in Alistair Overeem’s application for an MMA license in Nevada and then catching him “dirty” on Steroids leading to an almost one-year suspension, things like this went unnoticed. Over the years I’ve found KK always to be professional and oh-so super sensitive.
