MORIARITY WAS READY FOR V-DAY “TOP RANK” MASSACRE
San Francisco, CA– Attorney Edward Moriarity may have been thinking “St. Valentines Day Massacre of Top Rank,” as the United States 9th District Court of Appeals in this California city was set to hear oral arguments in the case of “Yory Boy” Campas and Joe Diaz vs. Top Rank, et al on Valentines Day 2014. The Top Rank side of the ledger apparently decided against the Oral Arguments and both sides will now submit Written Briefs.
CAMPAS & DIAZ ESQUIRE “WON” BEFORE US SUPREME COURT
The attorney representing Diaz and Campas again is Edward Moriarity, who has won before the US Supreme Court and is considered one of the country’s “Super lawyers.” Moriarity, through the Freedom of Information Act and others, has documents that clearly illustrate that there truly was the “Ongoing Criminal Enterprise” that I said there was in the peak if the Operation Matchbox investigation.

With a reported 17 sealed indictments of Top Rank personnel and others engaging in everything from fixing fights and doing drugs, to laying out conspiracies that would fleece fighters out of a good portion of their earnings, it was all there. Top Rank officials caught “red handed” on these FBI tapes and reports. Those on tape include again, current Top Rank Vice President Bruce Trampler, Sean Gibbons and others.
TOP RANK REHIRED THE FIRED SEAN GIBBONS
Fired at the height of the Operation Matchbox scandal, an FBI Sting, Gibbons, super parent that he is, who had years previously been named by the Oklahoma Attorney General as essentially a “human trafficker in fixed fights.” After John Ashcroft, the US Attorney General under the last George Bush, waved his magic US Dept. of Justice wand and the indictments of the Top Rank crew were tossed!
SEAN GIBBONS SHOWED ARUM LOYALTY BY STAYING QUIET
Gibbons returned to Top Rank and is an employee with a good position. Bringing back a guy that was widely known for fixed fights, Gibbons was fired for such. His rehiring looks like “payback” to a guy that would not roll over on Top Rank VP Todd de Beof or anybody else. From altered “Yory Boy” Campas pay stubs, to du Beof offering Campas a deal through a Tijuana promoter that ended in an obvious example of Tax Fraud being perpetrated by du Beof that went something like this. “This is the best I can do this and make this tax free.”
THE FIGHT FIXING
The fight fixing is not alleged. No, I’m talking about fixed fights emanating from under the Top Rank tent. Most of my journalistic counterparts are well aware that what I am say is true. But like the Kennedy Assassination, these guys today are much like some members of the 4th Estate that only heard 3 shots and saying Top Rank hasn’t been involved in fixed fights.
ALL THAT IS LEFT IS THE SUPREME COURT
If Top Rank loses the 9th District Court of Appeals case, I don’t think the Supreme Court would hear a matter heard by the 9th Circuit and voted on. Remember, I beat up Arum’s seasoned attorney representing myself in Nevada Court. That being said, Moriarity, manager Bob Spagnola called him a “Bad man,” and he didn’t mean that in any negative way. “Campas and Joe Diaz have an incredible attorney taking care of them,”
DON’T UNDERSTAND THE MINDSET OF TOP RANK
Knowing that Moriarity has the tapes, transcripts and FBI reports, some I didn’t even know existed, I cannot believe that Bob Arum graduated from Harvard. Stubborn as a donkey, if Arum is willing to let all of this company criminal activity, most of which I will not reveal because the Diaz & Campas case is ongoing. In closing, if Bob is willing to destroy his name and company legacy when all he needs to do negotiate a settlement that includes a confidentiality agreement involving all, then he deserves his Waterloo.
