San Francisco, CA– In an almost “muted” manner, promoter Tom Loeffler of K 2 Promotions, the Venice, CA resident has become one of the most powerful people in the boxing business. I can remember his managing days with people like “Kevin “The Flushing Flash” Kelley some 15 years ago, now Loeffler is controlling the heavyweight champion of the World, one Wladimir Klitschko. And if that weren’t enough, Loeffler has the “hottest ticket” in boxing right now with Gennady Golovkin, the WBA 160 lb. titleholder who meets Curtis Stephens next month on HBO, under the K 2 promotional tent as well.
