Las Vegas, NV-Former Referee Joe Cortez has been a fixture in the boxing game for decades. He is one of the most experienced and respected in the sport of boxing. Now retired, he has become a mentor for upcoming boxing officials. Ringtalk got the chance to pick the brain of the Hall of Fame referee at the WBO convention that took place last week in Las Vegas at Caesars palace.
