Las Vegas, NV– Keith Kizer, the main guy at the Nevada Athletic Commission said the following after the resignation of female boxing judge C.J. Ross. This was after he defended her during the media frenzy that accompanied her even score of the Floyd Mayweather-Saul “Canelo” Alvarez rout. .

“To her credit, she does not want to take away from the story, being what a dominant performance by Floyd Mayweather. So, she has asked us if she can take some time off. We’ve agreed.” Wait a second Keith, she scored it even, you backed her up and Saturday night and now you say, “It shows the type of person she is. Commission chair Bill Brady was very understanding and supportive. He agreed that that was a great avenue to take.” Only because she embarrassed the state, incompetency, that is what’s going on here. That’s why it was a, “great avenue to take.”

If Ross would have been the sole arbitor, Floyd Mayweather would have been denied victory and Saul “Canelo” Alvarez would still be the WBA/WBC 154 lb. titleholder.

Whether or not you or Kizer wants to admit it, bur when former heavyweight champion and historian Mike Tyson tells the Wall St. Journal, who rarely if ever covers boxing, that Ross should, “Have her license revoked.” Back to Kizer, after the scoring fiasco, she was “Still one of my best judges.” Message to K.K.: “You need new judges,” as most of the Nevada judges are getting up there in years. And aren’t you glad that you no longer have to defend the absurdity of the judging of C.J. Ross. I am and so are a lot of sports fans!
