IS CUNG LE THE NEXT BRUCE LEE?
San Francisco, CA– Cung Le is not only a world rated UFC middleweight (185 lbs) fighter, but Le is an iconic figure in the Vietnamese community, both ere in the United States and in Vietnam, as well as other parts of Asia. In addition to his ability to fight, Le has starred in movies with Jean-Claude Van Damme, as well as on his own, both in Hollywood and in Asia. In the minds of many, Le is the second coming of the late Bruce Lee. Having seen him at political fundraisers and the like in the San Francisco Bay Area, even the “squares’ know of Le’s fighting prowess as he was snapping photographs and signing autographs at a far greater rate the guest of honor who is a huge political figure in California government and politics.
LE HAS OPENED THE “CUNG LE GYM”
When you meet Le, he can come off as shy and or quiet which is really not the case. In social settings, Le “works the room” like a celebrity should. After spending some time with him at a political party last week, Cung who is coming off a huge win on July 7 in Las Vegas appeared on the “Ring Talk MMA Hour” on Saturday and discussed a multitude of things.
