HEART ATTACK COULDN’T HALT JOE OR JUSTICE!
San Francisco, CA– It was late Friday afternoon, Phoenix, AZ trainer Joe Diaz, just three months removed from an Intensive Care Unit at St. Joseph’s Hospital after suffering a major heart attack that was in the minds of many brought on by Top Rank CEO Bob Arum, Top Rank matchmaker Bruce Trampler, the recently released from jail Top Rank promoter Peter McKinn, Arizona Boxing Director John Montano, Mary Rose Wilcox, the current Maricopa County Supervisor and former Boxing Commission chairperson, her husband Earl Wilcox, an aide to Governor Janet Napolitano, McKinn’s grunt turned government witness, Gabe Eesqueda, and City Attorney Rick Romely, all of the above, including the Head of Homeland Security, former Governor Napolitano, all of the above are defendants in a $33 million dollar, 51 page lawsuit filed by attorney Edward Moriarity.
CONSPIRACY TO HIDE FACTS & TO RUIN DIAZ & HIS FLOCK!
Those of you that have followed this case since I broke it some seven years ago, you know how the above-named powerful defendants, trying to protect Peter Mckinn from charges he eventually pled gulity to, his forging Diaz’s name on a cash receipt. The charges Mckinn admitted to were Grand Theft, Perjury, Fraud & Consiracy. After spending six months in jail, McKinn was recently released and is on a five year parole, meaning he couldn’t promote Cock Roaches races if he were inclined to set up a competition amongst the aforentioned defendants.
MORIARITY WAS PART OF KAREN SILKWOOD CASE
To give you a little background on Diaz’s attorney, Edward Moririarity, Ed was part of the longest running civil trial in Oklahoma history, the case of Karen Silkwood. It is beleived Ms. Silwood was run off the road and killed in a one-car accident. There were marks on the back of the car that seemed to indicate her car was forced off the road. This was hours after she went public about the exposed putonium leaks at her place of employment Kerr McGee. An investigation convinced a jury that somone at Kerr McGee poisoned Karen as she had 400 times above the safe amount of plutonium in her blood. It appears she was posioned by her employer, or those beholden to her employee for going public with the safety hazzards set forth by Kerr McKee. Moriarity and his then partner Jerry Spence got a $505,000 jury award along with $10 million in punitive damages for the Silkwood estate.
