AUTOPSY REPORTS WERE SCRUTINIZED
San Francisco, CA– If case you haven’t read my three prior installments, WWE wrestling star, Chris Benoit, 40, making about $600,000 US a year, killed his wife Nancy Benoit, 38, born Nancy Tortellini, a former professional wrestling valet who worked under a number of names, but she was most prominently known as “Woman.” According to the autopsy report, which I have reviewed in full, Nancy died Friday, June 22, 2007, when two ligatures (ropes) were wrapped around her neck and she was strangled to death. At the time of her demise, Nancy had been both her wrists and ankles tied together. There was some blood found under her head. This occurred in the upstairs TV room of the Benoit residence located at 170 Green Meadow Lane, Fayetteville, Georgia. There was blunt force trauma to the head and other parts of the deceased’s body. Bruises also appeared on the legs, arms, back and right buttock of the victim. Nancy had Hydrocotone in her system, in addition to Xanax. DANIEL BENOIT’S AUTOPSY RESULTS

Daniel Benoit, a seven year old boy, the son of Chris and Nancy Benoit, it appears he suffered from “Fragile X” syndrome, and at the least was reportedly mildly retarded or autistic. Daniel was killed on Saturday, June 23, 2007, as he lay in his bed. He had been given the drug Xanax, an-anti anxiety medication that cause drowsiness or sleep. He was wearing a “Sponge Bob Square Pants” pajama top and multicolored pajama pants. He was found prone on his bed with white foam emanating from his mouth and nose. The blood tests taken from Daniel showed a Xanax level of 0.11. mg/L. The quantity was significant, considering his size, but is not the underlying cause of death, which is compression of his of his neck. In layman’s terms, the boys neck was snapped and this caused his death. One of Benoit’s finishing move, it was the “Crippler Crossface” choke hold. According to Medical Examiner J. Eisenstat, this was the cause of death. Ironically, at one point and time, the WWE compelled Chris do some television appearances, this because kids imitating the hold both in the US and Canada, were causing serious injuries to one another.

Because of the years of steroid use, Chris Benoit had shrunken testicles and atrophy of spermatogonia (Chris couldn’t produce sperm). He was sometimes taking a ten month supply of Testosterone in a three week span. This was prescribed to Benoit by the currently incarcerated Dr. Phil Astin, a physician spending ten years in prison for over-supplying athletes, mostly professional wrestlers (including Benoit) with steroids, sleeping pills, muscle relaxers. Not only did Benoit use the drugs I just listed given to him by Astin, he had the anti-depressants Zoloft and Cymbalta in his house. There were also high levels of Hydrocotone a highly addictive pain killer and Xanax.

After murdering both Nancy and Daniel, Chris placed bibles next to each body. As late as Saturday afternoon at 4 PM ET, Benoit was at his desktop computer looking up scriptures that dealt with widows and orphans, something from the writings of Elijah. Benoit, taking both his and Nancy’s cell phones (from which communication will be featured in Part V next week) went into the basement gym early Sunday or late Saturday night, wrapped a towel around his neck and used a 200 lb. weight cable from the machine to kill himself. There was also a bible laying next to his body. Cause of death by Medical Examiner J. Eisenstat was ruled a Suicide.

There was also a Testosterone to Epitestosterone level in Benoit’s blood that was 49-1. The US Olympic Committee has put forth guidelines that bans any athlete with a 4-1 ratio or higher from competition. I knew one “popular” retired boxer, who was recovering from a broken neck and at the same time abusing his prescribed Testosterone (a steroid), he compiled a 35-1 Testosterone to Epitestosterone level.

The WWE, looking for ratings, aired a two hour tribute on the USA Network many hours after learning Benoit had hung himself, this after killing wife Nancy and son Daniel. We will also go into detail the condition of Chris Benoit’s brain at autopsy and a study afterwards by forensic experts.
